Sadie The Hound Mix

My dog’s name is Sadie. She is approximately 1 1/2 - 2 years old and is a Hound mix.  I’ve only had Sadie for about 4 months. She’s always been a sweet and good natured dog. The biggest challenge I had with Sadie was walking her while encountering triggers such as other dogs, foxes, cats, squirrels, etc.  I was walking her one evening and Sadie saw something off in the distance, probably a fox but it was dark so I’m not sure. Sadie went airborne and was doing flips in midair as I was desperately trying to hold on to her leash. And she was making such a high- pitched shrieking cry that neighbors were coming out of their houses to see what all the commotion was. By the time I finally got back home with Sadie, I was almost in tears. I realized that if I can’t control her enough to walk her then there was a good chance I would have to return her back to where I got her. That just wasn’t an option for me. I was referred to G&S Dog Training by another one of their clients.  I can’t say enough about what G&S Dog Training has done for Sadie and myself. I can now walk her with confidence and enjoyment. Sadie does not react to other animals anymore. The transformation has been incredible. I would not hesitate to recommend G&S Dog Training to anyone. If I ever have another instance where I feel I need dog training services, G &S Dog Training is where I’ll go, nowhere else. They treated Sadie like one of their own, and treated her with kindness, patience, and respect.
