We focus on building reliable, responsive obedience skills that help your dog stay attentive and well-mannered in any environment. We also focus on your dog's specific behaviors,  for example, reactivity, unwanted jumping, excessive barking, etc.

Skills include:

• Sit and sit-stay

• Down and down-stay

• Moving heel and heel position

• Come (dog comes and sits in front of the handler)

• Entering and exiting doors on command (kennel, exterior, and car)

• “Okay” cue for release or free time

• Sit from a down position at the front and side

• Spot (go to a designated place)

• Potty on command

• Forward command (dog walks ahead without pulling, ideal for hikes and trails)

We provide structured obedience training for dogs that primarily live or work outdoors. This includes farm dogs, property or livestock guardians. Training is customized to support your dog’s specific role and the unique environments they navigate.

• On and off leash obedience tailored to your needs and goals

We guide your dog through structured agility exercises that promote balance, confidence, and coordination. This training helps dogs develop body awareness, build strength, and learn to navigate new environments safely.

Activities include:​

• Walking across raised or uneven surfaces to improve balance

• Climbing over and under obstacles to build confidence

• Jumping over or onto objects to enhance agility and coordination

We train dogs to use their natural scenting abilities for detection, tracking, and retrieval tasks. This training enhances focus, confidence, and problem-solving skills in a variety of environments.

• Smell it (identify target scent)

• Find it (locate the source of the scent)

• Track it (follow a scent trail)

• Alert and retrieve when found

We work with dogs to develop reliable task-based skills that support mobility, stability, and daily assistance needs. Training is tailored to your lifestyle and focuses on clear, consistent communication between you and your dog. This program helps prepare your dog for physical assistance certification.

PSA training helps dogs support individuals with specific mental health challenges or limitations. Dogs are trained to provide physical and emotional assistance reliably in everyday situations and environments.

 

Training focuses on:

• Assisting during anxiety or panic episodes

• Performing tasks at home, work, while traveling, and in other daily activities

• Providing physical assistance while the handler is standing, sitting, lying, or kneeling

• Adapting their position as needed to perform tasks effectively

We teach dogs reliable retrieval skills that can be used for everyday tasks or specialized work. Dog learn how to safely and reliably pick up, carry, and deliver essential items. This can include everyday objects such as groceries, medicine bottles, wallets, keys, and more.

Skills include:

• Take it (grab item with mouth)

• Hold it (hold item in mouth)

• Bring it (carry item while holding in mouth)

• Release (release item from mouth)

We teach your dog to remain within designated areas or avoid specific areas without relying on physical barriers. This training is effective both indoors and outdoors.

Examples include:

• Staying within the grassy section of an unfenced yard

• Avoiding wooded areas on your property

• Remaining in or out of particular rooms in the home

We teach dogs to respond appropriately to potential threats through controlled, confidence-building exercises. Training focuses on awareness, clarity, and safety, ensuring your dog understands when to be alert and when to disengage on command.

• Suspicious level building and bite work

• Command to be aware and alert

• Command to cease aggression

• Controlled bite

Our group events provide dogs with opportunities to learn, socialize, and practice obedience and skills in a structured, supportive environment. These sessions reinforce commands, improve focus, and build confidence while allowing dogs to interact with other dogs and handlers.

Graduates of our training programs receive free access to all group events, including pack walks, training sessions, and hikes for the rest of the dog's life,
